The RPS experts Jens Northe and Dr. Andriy Zynovchenko present a best practice on the topic of “system switching zones”. Together with Jeroen Vonk (ProRail, NL) and Richard Rieksen (DNV GL, NL), they present a solution using the new system switching zone in Zevenaar (Netherlands) as an example.
They present their findings at acrps conference on 9th to 10th March in Leipzig, where 500 experts in the field of AC rail power supply will meet.
For acrps 2017 the organizers chose for the first time a call for papers to find speakers and topics. The response was immense. Only about every second proposal could be considered. Speakers come from Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Sweden among others.
