Dynamic simulation of Re200 overhead contact line with different types of current collector

The simulations and the report serve to provide evidence for the overhead contact line on the DB lines near Munich regarding the requirements formulated in the TSI Energy for the interaction between the current collector and overhead contact line. The overhead contact line planned for the traction line corresponds to the Re200 overhead contact line design of the railway’s Ebs drawings, but deviates from the standard design in some points, such as longitudinal span variations and inclination in the area of the lowering and raising of the catenary system. According to the contract, the overhead contact line is to be tested up to 120 km/h for TSI design classes A and B according to EN 50367:2012.
