Dynamic simulation of the overhead contact line with new type of current collector

The Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART) is planning to expand the current service with new trains and new higher-speed electrified lines. The current design of the overhead contact line is intended for operation at speeds of up to 110 km/h. The overhead line is to be rated for speeds of up to 145 km/h with a new type of current collector.
