Metrological determination of the earthing conditions of the overhead contact line system

As part of the ESTW Gößnitz construction project, the track and overhead contact lines are being upgraded on the existing route. To do this, single-track operation is temporarily in place to allow the unused track to be replaced. 
To ensure that the maximum permissible touch voltages in accordance with DIN EN 50122-1 are not exceeded, the minimum leakages in accordance with DB Ril 997.0202 must be observed. Measurements of the earthing conditions on the track were carried out to check whether the minimum leakage values can be complied with without improvement measures.
