15 kV power supply study for the line section up to the system separation point

The study included an analysis of the power requirement for the route from St. Egidien to Niederwürschnitz. The aim of the study was to check whether the required power can be drawn from the overhead contact line system or whether additional measures are required. To do this, it was also important to consider whether an Re100 catenary would be sufficient or whether a reinforcing feeder line, possibly over a partial stretch of the route, would be necessary.
