Customer orientation and project quality

We focus on working in partnership with our customers, subcontractors and suppliers. Adherence to deadlines, quality, customised technical and economic solutions are central to our brand.

We make targeted investments in our machinery and equipment, in our production and assembly technologies and in the further development of our traction power supply and overhead contact line systems in line with the current state of the art and the latest technical principles.

We pursue targeted organic growth in core and foreign markets as well as through joint ventures, partnerships, investments or selective acquisitions. The aim of internationalisation is to transfer know-how from Germany to international projects and at the same time offer locally adapted solutions.

We are making a key contribution to the decarbonisation of rail transport and the transport transition “from road to rail”. We make sure that our projects are implemented in a way that conserves resources and that our procurement is sustainable. When developing and manufacturing our products, we attach importance to sustainability, energy efficiency and low life cycle costs.
